Strong experience in ServiceNow development as it relates to core ITSM modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc. is Required
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on and web services integrations.
Experience in developing ServiceNow IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and other non-ITSM modules a plus
Knowledge on building out ServiceNow CMS (ESS – Employee Self Service Portal) a plus
Experience in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and other existing (non cloud) enterprise systems
7-9 years of experience in IT industry, preferably in a financial services or consulting organization
Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases, ITIL certifications a plus.
