CRM Workflow Analyst - Consultant - 62926


The role:

As our business evolves, the responsibilities of our team become more significant and more complex. That’s where you come in!
Using your workflow and process expertise, you will come in with a fresh pair of eyes, observe how we work and come up with suggestions on how we can work smarter. In this role, you will be responsible for research, documenting and analyzing workflows in the following areas:
  •  CRM system
  •  Sales performance management system
  •  Campaign/Lead management system
  •  Learning management system
  •  RFI/RFP workflow

You’ll need to have:

  •  3+ years experience in business process review
  •  A consultative style
  •  Experience in enhancement of internal systems such as CRM
  •  An organized, structured, analytical work approach

We’d love to see:

  •  Technical skills such as Tableau & SQL
